Shipping policy

STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders are sent by 2^nd class Royal Mail which aims to deliver the next day, though we respectfully ask customers to allow 5 working days for delivery in case of delay. If there should be a problem with your order then we will inform you by email. Deliveries may require a signature so if possible please give a delivery address where the order can be signed for during working hours.

Most of our items will not fit through a letterbox and will require someone to be home to accept delivery or for the item to be left with a neighbour. If an order is returned to us as undelivered due to an incorrect delivery address or nobody being home, we reserve the right to charge delivery costs for subsequent delivery attempts.
